Sam, Oboto's Cool District Librarian, Beer Taster, collector of an eclectic mix of motorcycles and acclaimed inventer of the 'Barrowford Shuffle', heard a curious gentle slapping noise on his tent. Stepping outside, he discovered, much to his astonishment, that it had started to drizzle hats. As he had a penchant for assorted headwear, he graciously took it upon himself to collect the varied assortment that fell from the woolly clouds above.
'Strange', he thought to no-one in particular, ' every one is different. I wonder if that is where snow flakes got the idea.'
